Every day we face a lot of questions and unknowns... who's going to be the next President, are my children safe, do I have job security, will I get the job, does so-and-so like me, is my business going to survive, how do I navigate this health issue, and more. All of this can bring up fear and anxiety. But what if instead of fearing the unknown, we could embrace it? What if instead of anxiety and worry, we could experience more aliveness and tranquility amidst life's uncertainties? This is what Nat is inviting you to be open to in this workshop.
